New life: from disposal to circular economy
REGUPOL is a member of the "Initiative New Life" and works with the other companies involved to ensure an optimal circular economy. Together, the members want to demonstrate the advantages of recycling products from end-of-life tires (ELT) and motivate to act sustainably. Our products have been certified by New Life and rated as a recycled product or a top recycled product. All product-related certificates can be found in the download area on the product pages.

Environmental product declaration
The Institut für Bauen und Umwelt e.V. has published the Environmental Product Declaration, or EPD for short, for REGUPOL sheeting. An EPD is a document that presents the environmentally relevant properties of a specific product based on neutral and objective data. Ideally, this data covers all the effects that the product can have on the environment, taking into account its entire life cycle. Read more about this in our press release.

AZuR – a well-rounded solution for a sustainable future
The Alliance Future Tires (AZuR) is committed to a climate-friendly tire circular economy in Europe. New tires should be manufactured as sustainably as possible, and used tires should be kept in the material cycle through retreading, repair or recycling.
Over 78 AZuR partners from industry, trade and science cover all sectors of the tire circular economy. The universities in the AZuR network provide fresh impetus for the optimization of processes and tire recycling technology with research projects and studies.
The AZuR success model of the tire circular economy is attracting worldwide attention. It can and should be transferred to other regions of the world and waste streams.
